What should I do if my transaction did not conclude?
In the first instance you should check if you have received a payment confirmation email in your email account (the one registered at the time of payment).
If you have not received it, you should contact the travel agency to confirm the status of the transaction.
What should I do if I did not receive the proof of payment?
For each transaction approved through Payu Latam, you will receive a proof of payment with the purchase reference in the email address you provided at the time of payment.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
Tickets are confirmed when the ColombiaTours.Travel advisor, through the system, issues a confirmation code. It is recommended to call the airline 72 hours before your flight to confirm departure time and dates.
What is carry-on baggage?
Airlines consider carry-on baggage to be personal items that can be carried in the aircraft cabin and are the responsibility of each passenger.
Carry-on baggage has a weight and size stipulated by each airline.
You must take into account that it is not allowed to carry in this type of baggage dangerous goods, balls and/or inflated balls, sharp objects, surgical instruments, glass, mirrors or any element that may generate any kind of danger for passengers and airline equipment.

Is it possible to change the passenger name?

Can I make partial payments to start the reservation process?
Most of our products allow partial payments in some cases from 20% to 60% with a commitment to pay 35 days before the travel date. Airline tickets are the only products that do not allow partial payments and must be paid at the time the reservation is made.
